CRO and A/B tests go live within 2 to 3 weeks, and with enough traffic you have statistically significant winners within 4 to 6 weeks. A website migration takes 4 to 8 weeks, with zero traffic loss as the goal. A new web design goes live in 6 to 10 weeks, and we measure the impact on conversion straight afterwards. We promise no miracles in week 1, but from day 1 you can see what we are working on via your live dashboard.
