Read how we handle cookies and personal data: fully transparent, secure and in line with the GDPR.
MarketingConcurrent values transparency and we care about your privacy. That is why we do not collect personal data without your consent, and only do so for data we genuinely need to serve you as well as possible.
On this page you will find an overview of the (personal) data we collect. We explain what we use this data for, which cookies are used and with which parties this data must (necessarily) be shared.
Cookies are used by (almost) all websites. They are essentially small text files that your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone stores when you use our website.
JavaScript and web beacons are standard internet techniques that, together with cookies, allow a system to collect information (JavaScripts), store it in small, simple text files (cookies) and then send it (web beacons). Cookies and other techniques are used on virtually every existing website.
We mainly use these techniques to ensure that:
We use the following types of cookies:
Functional cookies
We use these cookies so that our website functions properly, for example to retain completed forms.
Analytical cookies
With analytical cookies we collect, with the help of third parties, statistics about how visitors use our website. By measuring this usage we can keep developing our website to the benefit of our visitors.
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies – files stored on your computer that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by these cookies is usually transferred to a Google server in the US and stored there. We use IP anonymisation, meaning your IP address is truncated within the European Union and all contracting states of the European Economic Area before being sent to the US. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to the Google server and then truncated there. Google uses this information on behalf of the website owner to analyse your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide other services relating to website and internet use to the website operator. The IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser settings. If you wish, you can also prevent Google from collecting and processing the data (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in.
You can opt out of the use of cookies by Google by clicking the following link: Privacy and terms for Google ads. See Google's privacy policy for more information on Google technologies.
Depending on the form you complete on our website, the following data may be collected by default.
We use the above data to respond to your message and/or to send you the requested whitepapers.
We do not share the above (personal) data with anyone.
Send an e-mail to info@marketingconcurrent.nl. State which data you would like to receive. We will then reply by e-mail with the relevant data. You can subsequently have data changed or deleted by replying to that e-mail.
Please notify us first. We will then try to reach a solution together with you. If you are still not satisfied with how we handle your question/request, you can file a formal complaint with the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority .
We retain (personal) data for as long as we expect we may need to use it in the future. Of course, we will delete or change your (personal) data immediately upon request. We re-evaluate this annually.
We use the lead-generation service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The tool recognises company visits to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information such as company names or addresses. Leadinfo also places two first-party cookies to evaluate user behaviour on our website, and the tool processes domains from form entries (e.g. "Leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve services. More information is available at www.leadinfo.com. On this page: leadinfo.com/en/opt-out you have an opt-out option. With an opt-out, your data is no longer recorded by Leadinfo.
Do you have any further questions about the topics above? Then send an e-mail to info@marketingconcurrent.nl.
