01 What will you build?

Build AI solutions that make organisations genuinely smarter. At AIbove we believe the future isn't built by people who only talk about AI, but by people who actually apply it. That's why we're not looking for a traditional software developer. We're looking for a builder: someone who gets energy from developing smart AI solutions, automating processes and experimenting with the latest technologies.

You work on AI solutions that make marketing and sales organisations smarter, faster and more efficient. From AI agents that take over repetitive tasks to intelligent workflows that help commercial teams achieve better results. You connect systems together, build prototypes and turn ideas into solutions that create immediate value for our clients.

02 Who we're looking for

AI is developing at lightning speed. So we don't expect you to know everything already. We're looking for someone who is curious, likes to experiment and continuously explores new possibilities. Someone who would rather build something than endlessly discuss it.

Whether you work with Python, n8n, API integrations, AI agents or new frameworks launching next month: you enjoy figuring out how technology can be used to solve real problems.

03 What we offer

You'll join an environment where entrepreneurship, speed and innovation come first. No sluggish organisation or lengthy decision-making, but short lines, plenty of freedom and the chance to help build a fast-growing AI organisation from the start. Although you'll be employed by AIbove, you work closely with the colleagues at MarketingConcurrent. Two organisations, one team. From our shared office in Veenendaal we build innovative AI solutions for marketing and sales every day.

• A salary between €3,200 and €6,000 gross per month, depending on your experience and impact
• A role for 32 to 40 hours per week
• Plenty of freedom to decide where you work, with on average two days a week at our office in Veenendaal
• All the room to experiment with the latest AI tools, models and techniques
• The chance to help build an ambitious AI organisation from the start
• Lots of responsibility, short lines and direct influence on the solutions we develop
