01 What will you do?

As a Senior SEA Marketer, you are the strategic brain behind the campaigns of our biggest clients. You translate ambitious objectives into powerful advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You adjust based on data, monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA and conversions, and ensure continuous growth.

You run monthly client calls in which you explain results, give advice and discuss strategic opportunities. Complex issues such as tracking problems or feed optimisations? You solve them independently.

You also play a key role within the team: you mentor junior and medior colleagues, share knowledge in knowledge sessions and safeguard the quality of the work. You also actively contribute ideas on improvements to processes and campaign structure and act as a sparring partner for the team lead.

02 You are…

• A SEA specialist with at least 5 years' experience in Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
• Familiar with managing large budgets and high-performance accounts
• Analytically strong, strategically sharp and commercially driven
• Someone who likes to take responsibility and show ownership
• A coaching colleague who helps others grow in their role

• A gross monthly salary between €3,800 and €6,000, depending on experience
